Need a refund for your LYL BCM purchase? We are happy to help, but please read over the policy below before you proceed.
At LYL BCM, our goal is for every learner to be satisfied with the certification, training, or renewal they purchase. To ensure fairness, we offer a 7-day refund window on all eligible transactions. Please review the policy carefully.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered for an original purchase or renewal payment if the refund request is received within 7 days of that payment being made.
Upon submission of a refund request:

Your access to the course or certification portal will be deactivated immediately.

All future auto-renewals for that digital product will be canceled.

A deactivated account cannot be restarted, renewed, or reactivated.
Restrictions

Refunds cannot be issued for part of a transaction.

No partial refunds for early termination or purchases made using discounts or coupon codes.

Refunds cannot be processed for transactions already reported as fraudulent to your bank — please contact us first.
Nonconformity & Sole Discretion
By purchasing any LYL BCM digital product, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including this Refund Policy.
After 7 days from the purchase date, the buyer acknowledges that they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product. Continuing access to the product will be considered acceptance, and the purchase amount will no longer be eligible for a refund.
All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of LYL BCM. We reserve the right to deny refund requests from customers who have previously obtained refunds for one of our digital products.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email with the subject: “Refund Request – Product Name”to contact@lylbcm.org from the same email and phone number used during purchase.
⚠️ Refund requests sent via social media, web forms, or other channels will not be processed.
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed quickly, but please allow up to 7 business days.
Your financial institution may take additional time (from days to weeks) to finalize the refund. LYL BCM cannot issue receipts for refunds.
Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the amount paid, after deducting applicable processing fees.

Customers who paid in international currencies may see slight variations in refunded amounts due to exchange rate differences between the purchase date and the refund date.
Terminology

Original Purchase – The first payment for a new certification or training product.

Renewal – A payment made to extend the validity of a certification or training program.
